As a highly skilled Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing clinical excellence within our team. This rewarding position requires an individual with postgraduate OH Specialist Practitioners Qualification (SCPHN) and at least two years of practical experience in the specialty.

Key Responsibilities
  • To undertake comprehensive assessments of employee fitness to work, protecting their health while promoting well-being in the workplace.
  • Develop and implement sound knowledge of organisational terms and conditions, fostering strong relationships with customers and authorised officers.
  • Contribute to service changes impacting outside direct areas of activity, working collaboratively with Team Leaders and Senior Management.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between £45,000 and £60,000 annually, based on national averages and industry standards. Please note that actual salaries may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
