Sales Professional for CX Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Salary: £43,000 + Bonus (up to £60,000 in year one)

This role is responsible for selling AI solutions to SME businesses nationwide and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CX, Speech Analytics, Interaction Analytics, and Real-Time Agent Prompting.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and conferences to promote our solutions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and maintain a 50% gross profit margin.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver successful consulting projects.
  • Update CRM systems with all leads, opportunities, and activities.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile.
  • Grow the new business base, leading to additional revenue from services and increased client consumption of solutions.

Key Outcomes:

  • Increase department revenue by £500k or more in the first year.
  • Enhance market presence and develop inbound interest and new projects.
  • Deliver successful consulting projects with real returns for clients.
  • Provide outstanding service to all customers and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
