Sales and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Salary: £43,000 + Bonus (up to £60,000 in year one)
This role is responsible for selling AI solutions to SME businesses nationwide and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CX, Speech Analytics, Interaction Analytics, and Real-Time Agent Prompting.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and conferences to promote our solutions.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing and maintain a 50% gross profit margin.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver successful consulting projects.
- Update CRM systems with all leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile.
- Grow the new business base, leading to additional revenue from services and increased client consumption of solutions.
Key Outcomes:
- Increase department revenue by £500k or more in the first year.
- Enhance market presence and develop inbound interest and new projects.
- Deliver successful consulting projects with real returns for clients.
- Provide outstanding service to all customers and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
