**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and internal audit procedures
  • Experience working with Front Office Conduct Controls & Surveillance, Traded Markets Products, and Financial Crime
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
