Executive Chef Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef to join our Chartwells Schools team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals that meet the expectations of our clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the nutritional needs of our clients and customers
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Represent Chartwells Schools and maintain a positive brand image
Requirements:
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar Chef role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
