Job Description

We are seeking a talented Associate Consultant / Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with senior internal and client team members to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute project tasks and prepare materials for project meetings
  2. Conduct analysis of primary and secondary research efforts
  3. Create and utilize analytical tools to support decision making
  4. Develop materials communicating results of analyses
  5. Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform corporate and commercial strategies
  6. Demonstrate accountability for completion of project responsibilities
  7. Regularly engage senior level clients
Requirements
  1. Broad awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
  2. Demonstrated ability to integrate business and industry knowledge in developing creative solutions
  3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  5. Demonstrated ability to work in team environment
  6. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  7. Proficiency with English language
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS)
  2. 2+ years of consulting experience (required for Consultant)

Candidates for Associate Consultant roles that lack healthcare industry or consulting experience may be considered if they demonstrate key consulting skills.

Other Requirements
  1. Willingness to travel for work throughout Europe and USA
  2. Ability to work in virtual teams
