Your Role
As a Shop Manager at Betfred, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our retail operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop a team of retail colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. You'll be accountable for delivering top-notch retail standards, while also promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers to enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall retail performance.
- Lead and develop a team of retail colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling informed advice and guidance to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners, building trust and credibility through open communication and collaboration.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards, taking into account the level of responsibility, required skills, and qualifications.
