Bachy Soletanche is seeking a Quality and Environmental Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard and BSL strategy.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Quality and Sustainability Manager to ensure that processes needed for the quality and environmental management systems are established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Analyse quality and environmental data, and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with function/process owners to close gaps and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular internal Quality and Environmental inspections/audits to ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Deliver Quality and Environmental initiatives/training, supporting the business where needed.


Knowledge and Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Environmental and/or Quality Practitioner professional certificate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in process mapping.
  • Proficient in the use of SharePoint and Power Bi.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in working in a Quality Assurance or Environmental Advisory role, preferably within the Construction Industry.
