About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill adults and children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the Critical Care unit
