Job Title: Financial Planning Expert

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Expert to join our dynamic team at Talent Finder. As a directly authorised, family-run IFA firm based in the UK, we're committed to delivering excellence in financial planning.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 4 qualification in financial planning and a strong technical understanding of financial advice. They will also possess exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level. We offer tailored splits between salary and fee share to suit your needs, access to in-house model portfolios or whole-of-market bespoke investment options, and paraplanning, administration, compliance, research, and IT support.

Our competitive salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and level of existing client retention. We also offer a dedicated desk, meeting space, and a parking spot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial planning advice to clients
  • BUILD lasting relationships with clients through exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Work closely with our paraplanning and back-office team to deliver excellent results
  • Continuously develop and improve your technical knowledge and skills
