Physiotherapist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at the RAF Marham Medical Centre. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in delivering specialist rehabilitation services to military personnel with musculoskeletal injuries.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy services in a variety of settings, including Primary Care Rehabilitation Facilities (PCRFs), Regional Rehabilitation Units (RRUs), and the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC). You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess and treat patients with complex injuries, with the goal of maximizing functional capability and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal injuries
  • Provide specialist physiotherapy services in PCRFs, RRUs, and the DMRC
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapists membership
  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Post-graduate diploma level in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
  • 2 years post-graduate clinical experience in MSK disorders
  • Previous experience in a Physiotherapist Band 6 role or equivalent
