About the Role

Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at Gravesend. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality learning environment.
