Commercial Lawyer

Job Summary
Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our Shared Services Group legal team. As a key member of the team, you will provide timely, sound, commercially focused legal advice on a range of commercial agreements, major projects, transactions, procurement, trademarks, GDPR, civil litigation, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, amendments to standard terms and conditions of purchase, and bespoke agreements.
- Advising on and managing legal issues, including civil litigation and regulatory matters.
- Evaluating and weighing multiple inputs/impacts of decisions/courses of action and identifying proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
- Assisting with the continued development of our compliance program and advising on ad hoc compliance-related queries.
- Performing other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.
