About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Henderson Brown Recruitment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to join our client's fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and minimizing downtime.

A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with other departments to identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
  • Detect and diagnose faults in machinery and equipment using troubleshooting skills
  • Perform repairs and replacements as required, adhering to safety protocols and best practices

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full-time position, with a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
