The Role: Tech Delivery Specialist

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our delivery team as a Tech Delivery Specialist. This role offers more than just transportation; you'll be responsible for delivering and installing a wide range of smart technology products, including washing machines, refrigerators, TVs, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently transport and deliver various tech products to customer locations.
  • Ensure accurate product delivery and installation according to customer specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid Class C1 UK/EA driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • CPC card (and ideally) Tachograph card.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to handle and install various types of tech products.
