Salaried Physician

Menlo Park Recruitment presents an exceptional opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our network of esteemed medical professionals in the UK.

Salary: £11,000-£12,500 per session, plus indemnity and paid CPD (4 hours pro rata)

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in primary care, with 2+ sessions available per week. Our client values a collaborative environment and is committed to supporting their clinical team and patient services.

About the Practice:

• A medium-sized, one-site practice focused on reducing GP workload through efficient workflow systems and support teams.
• Clinical support team comprising Paramedics, ACPs, and Nurse Practitioners to alleviate on-the-day demand.
• Central functions provide administrative assistance, and a local IT and document team ensures seamless operations.

Working Environment:

The practice serves a pleasant population with a good mix of ages and demographics. The CQC rating is Good, reflecting the practice's commitment to quality care.

Your Role:

• As a salaried GP, you will have a very reasonable workload, with approximately 13 patients per session and 15-minute appointments for all.
• Virtually no home visits are required, allowing for a comfortable work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List.
