Administrative Role for Credit Control Department

UCL, a world-leading university, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their credit control department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative aspects of the sales ledger, supporting the collection of debts, and reducing the university's exposure to bad debts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration of the sales ledger, including processing and following up on debtors.
• Support the collection of Research, General, and NHS debts, excluding tuition fees and residence.
• Collaborate with the Head of Credit Control to implement effective debt management strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in credit control or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Applications and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDRM) is advantageous.
