About the Job

Job Summary: Learning Support Assistant (Part-time)

Estimated Salary: £20,500 - £23,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with identified learning needs across the college.
  • Collaborate with tutors to develop effective strategies for student support.
  • Contribute to student progress records and provide feedback to tutors.
  • Develop students' competence and independence in ICT skills.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCSE standard in Maths, English, and ICT (C Grade).
  • The willingness to pursue a relevant learning support qualification.
  • A passion for working with young people and facilitating student integration.
