This is a unique opportunity to lead our commercial and sales teams, driving growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and team management. As Commercial & Sales Director, you will be responsible for setting the growth strategy for domestic and international markets, overseeing marketing, sales, and account management teams.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth through new product development, new channels, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
- Manage and analyze commercial data to identify market trends, competitors, and areas for improvement.
- Lead the performance and efficiency of marketing, sales, and account management teams.
- A competitive salary of £110,000, plus generous performance-based incentives.
- Hybrid or remote working options, with single cover healthcare.
