Job Description

This role involves taking charge of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating directly with clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting audits, cost checks, and reviews of construction projects
  • Liaising with clients and managing internal costs
  • Overseeing daily programming and planning
  • Providing guidance and support to junior employees when necessary
  • Chairing meetings and ensuring project timelines are met
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor with excellent communication and leadership abilities. A solid understanding of construction principles and cost control practices is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
