Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial sites in and around London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct EICR's on commercial properties.
  • Install, repair, and upgrade electrical equipment and components.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure comprehensive site management.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • A recognized electrical engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair work.
  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with commercial electrical systems and components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Gold Card certification for electrical work.
