Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at The Yorkshire Clinic. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, mobilizing, and transferring patients.
  • Support patients with their social, emotional, and recreational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Healthcare or a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
