Job Title: Construction Pricing Expert

About the Role:

We are working with a specialist subcontractor in the housing sector to recruit an experienced Construction Pricing Expert to join the team. The company is a high growth business with a well-established client base and a high level of repeat business with blue chip clients.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work with the existing team to create accurate prices in the core timber frame and dry lining sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities will include working with designers and external clients to build project specifications, generating accurate and detailed price plans, and presenting to clients for approval and order confirmation.

Requirements:

Recent relevant experience in construction pricing is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the housing sector and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
