We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to join our team at Bestmansolutions as the Head of IT and Digital Architecture. This is a key leadership position where you will oversee the delivery, maintenance, and continual improvement of IT strategy, services, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, with a strong emphasis on secure and efficient operations of the cloud environment, infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications.
- Technology Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of the operational aspects of the technology strategy and roadmap, with a focus on cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise plans.
- Project Management: Oversee technology change projects throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and implement mitigations for IT-related risks, including business continuity and disaster recovery, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a small IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continual improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT service delivery and operations, particularly within the cloud environment.
- Proven experience leading IT teams and managing large projects within complex, federated environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture, deployment, and management of cloud-based solutions.
