Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Multitrader to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for carrying out snagging tasks on new build properties, including:

• Fixing skirtings and mastic work
• Repairing door locks and handles
• Painting and decorating
• Snagging and completing tasks to a high standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out snagging tasks on new build properties
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Meet deadlines and work to a high standard
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

• Experience in a Multitrader role
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
