Restaurant Manager Opportunity at Haven

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Haven, a leading provider of holiday experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our park's main restaurant, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house operation, following standard operating procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Deliver performance targets against budget, managing stock, margin, and cost control to drive business growth.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including team rota management, safety and legislative compliance checks, and staff training and development.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading large teams in a food and beverage or similar environment.
  • Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
  • Understanding of 'back of house' as well as 'front of house' restaurant operations.
