We're currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, leisure, highways, and utilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project planning and coordination, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining close relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing project schedules, including resource allocation and task prioritization
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to senior management and clients
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports
- Identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues
