Counterbalance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our E-commerce and Warehouse team in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, operating a forklift in a busy factory setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting heavy loads, loading and unloading goods, and supporting the E-commerce department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Transport heavy loads across the site, both indoors and outdoors.
• Loading and unloading goods, as well as picking, packing, and scanning orders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A valid counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
• Maintain high standards of quality, good timekeeping, attendance, and reliability.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team, with flexibility and self-motivation.

Salary Package:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, based on a 39-hour week with opportunities for overtime. This role also offers regular work throughout the year, excellent pay rates, and the possibility of an immediate start.
