Key Responsibilities

  • Use hand tools, grinders, and other equipment to finish and refine metal components to precise specifications.
  • Prepare surfaces for coating, painting, or assembly, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Remove sharp edges and imperfections from metal components, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and precision.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals, collaborating effectively and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience using hand tools, grinders, and other manual equipment, with a focus on precision and quality.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to measure and calculate dimensions accurately.
