- Proactively monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
