Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inherit, maintain, and grow an established portfolio of Commercial clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Actively pursue new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven client-facing experience within the Commercial Insurance space.
- A sincere passion for client service and relationship building.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A self-starter with a hunger for growth and business development.
