We're seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Fort William. As the face of our hotel, you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Make a positive impression with our guests from the moment they check in
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals
