About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Performance Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for leading the performance of our production operations in the Plant.

As a Manufacturing Performance Lead, you will be accountable for developing, executing, and owning the long-term efficiency improvement plan for area/lines across SQCDM. You will work closely with our shift-based teams, Process Engineers, Engineering Managers, and wider stakeholders to drive GE improvement plans, including waste reduction workstreams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term efficiency improvement plans for area/lines across SQCDM
  • Drive GE improvement plans, including waste reduction workstreams
  • Work with Process Engineers, Shift Leads, and Engineering Managers to deliver GE chronic loss workstreams
  • Drive IL6S within area/lines through the use of relevant work systems, tools, coaching, and supporting the line teams
  • Own production plans for short and long-term planning, working with the HUB team to maximize delivery
  • Reduce planned downtimes - changeovers, cleaning & maintenance
  • Develop and own productivity roadmaps, delivering cost savings to agreed targets
  • Work with the BD&E team, providing operational input into capital projects and investments
  • Lead/support investigations of incidents and near misses (safety & quality), ensuring organization incidents are shared and all relevant lessons learned are applied
  • Manage the daily processes and labor to consistently deliver the production plan
  • Line manage a team of Process Engineers

About You

We are looking for a strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the Manufacturing/Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry, with experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts. You will have excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment, with demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
