We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Edinburgh.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to work with a growing conveyancing and personal legal services specialist.

The successful candidate will have experience managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters and a strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the legal aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on property-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Participate in business development activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of between £40,000 and £57,000 per year, the opportunity to work in a hybrid working environment, and a supportive company culture that values professional growth.
