As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with various stakeholders and departments throughout the business, ensuring Procurement supports their purchasing, supplier management, negotiation, and supplier risk management needs. You will also support the success of ongoing procurement projects that repeat annually, policy review, training, and development of tools. Additionally, you will help with external reports such as Modern Slavery and Sustainability reports, and ensure that internal and external website procurement areas are effectively managed and kept up to date to ensure the business is educated on Procurement activities and supply chain risks. You will work closely with the wider finance team on spending and transaction analysis, ensuring the business is aware of supplier activity, spend leakage, and non-compliance with policies. Your experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices will be essential in this role.
