Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team in Melrose, SCT - TD6 9HD. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support, assessments, and duty within a mental health team and for those with enduring mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out support, assessments, and duty within a mental health team and for those with enduring mental health conditions.
  • Work with a top local authority to provide high-quality care and support to individuals and families.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • SSSC registered as a Social Worker
