Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and compare a minimum of three quotes to secure the best competitive prices for procurement and supply chain management.
  • Document quotes in a centralized database for easy reference and tracking.
  • Upload and manage COSHH data sheets and complete risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control stock levels for parts, personal protective equipment (PPE), and stationery to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and company systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, inventory counts, and supplier information.
  • Ensure a high level of housekeeping and organization in the workplace to maintain a safe and productive environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock orders to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Apply QR codes accurately to products for efficient tracking and inventory management.
  • Problem-solve and adhere to deadlines to meet business objectives and deliver results.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate courier collections from suppliers and arrange motor repairs as needed.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license for company van usage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and company systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and ability to meet deadlines to deliver results.
