Job Title: Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics & Recovery
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Fortius Clinic London.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. As a key member of the perioperative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of theatre services, maintaining high standards of patient care and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in anaesthetics and recovery, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Deputising for the deputy/lead practitioner of the anaesthetic department.
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of theatres.
- To achieve and maintain quality care through up-to-date research-based practice.
You will be required to work collaboratively with other members of the perioperative team, including surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and administrative staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
