About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at TC Facilities Management. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of operatives and ensuring service delivery standards and specifications are met and within budget.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the company brand.
  • Managing the recruitment process for colleagues, ensuring adherence to company recruitment processes and standards at all times.
  • Managing the performance of staff in consultation with an HR representative, taking necessary actions to develop staff or improve performance.
  • Ensuring the payment of staff correctly and on time every time, following all company time and pay processing requirements.
  • Training and inducting all staff in their role, the standards expected, the company values and policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensuring all staff are trained in, and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their expectations are met while working within defined specifications.
  • Completing audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within timescales.
  • Completing and processing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing 'sign off' for completed tasks as required.
  • Ensuring all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order and used in a safe manner.
  • Ensuring all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the customer.
