Job Summary

">

This is a Mechanical Supervisor role based in the Thames Valley region, supporting projects around the area. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical installation and commissioning experience, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Monitoring the quality of sub-contract work;">
  • Resolving site technical queries;">
  • Providing support to Site Managers with client liaison;">
  • Maintaining a site diary to record work activities and resources used;">
  • Ensuring all site activity meets internal company standards and external regulatory requirements;">
  • Contribution to profitability by maximising efficient use of manpower and plant resources;">
  • Preparation and review of Method Statements, Lift Plans, Action Plans, and Risk Assessments.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

">
  • ">
  • Clean and wastewater mechanical installation and commissioning experience;">
  • Able to be appointed as authorised person for isolation and permit to work purposes;">
  • Mechanical supervisor responsibilities including equipment alignment checks, pressure testing, and other mechanical quality assurance issues;">
  • Mechanical Engineering qualification, Site supervisors qualification, and CSCS card;">
  • Water industry experience from a main contractor background.">

What We Offer

">

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a generous car allowance, pension matched up to 8%, life assurance, medical insurance, and 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
