Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and mental well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Assist in the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
- BSc in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
