Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer (Maintenance Lead) to join our team in Wednesbury. This role involves leading a team of shift engineers to ensure the smooth operation of production machinery.

Salary: Up to £47,000 per year

Location: Wednesbury

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Leading a team of shift engineers
  2. Developing the team to improve machine availability and effectiveness
  3. Maintenance and repairs on production machinery
  4. Ensuring H&S procedures are followed
  5. Providing technical support when required
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintenance and repairs
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Aspiration to progress into Engineering management in the future
