Clinical Lead for MSK Foot Services

North Middlesex University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Podiatrist to join our team as a Clinical Lead for MSK Foot Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise in the treatment of MSK foot problems and educate and supervise less experienced members of the Podiatry team.
- Develop and deliver a seamless MSK foot service within the community, working closely with senior B7 leads to embed excellent care and provide managerial support to the Head of Podiatry.
- Assess and diagnose patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and medical conditions, developing and delivering individualized treatment programs.
- Hold responsibility for own caseload, working as an autonomous clinical expert and triaging all service referrals to provide the most appropriate treatment or onward referral.
- Undertake line management duties, including recruitment, health roster, and service delivery reviews, to support the Head of Podiatry and act as a deputy when necessary.
- Degree in Podiatry with LA certificate
- Evidence of ongoing CPD in portfolio with MSK interest, such as injection therapy
