Lead Senior Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced social care professional to join our supported living service in Harrogate. As a Lead Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with support staff and management to ensure the highest quality person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lone working 1:1 with individuals
  • Working on shift to provide support and guidance
  • Managing the emotional wellbeing of the people we support
  • Supporting and mentoring other members of the team
  • Dealing with any problems that arise on shift
  • Ensuring good practice is adhered to at all times
  • Accompanying the people we support in the community
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in social care
  • Ability to balance the needs of the service, support workers, and individuals
  • Full driving license
