Pricing Expertise Wanted

AllClear is seeking an experienced Aggregator Rate Setter to join our pricing team. As the UK's leading travel insurance provider, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success.

This key role involves developing and implementing pricing strategies tailored to aggregator channels, ensuring our products remain competitively priced while maintaining profitability. You will work closely with our Pricing, Underwriting, and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and price new travel insurance products
  • Develop and validate retail and technical pricing models to meet profitability targets
  • Implement new pricing structures in the rating engine and ensure accurate representation on aggregator platforms

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience in a pricing or data analysis role, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, R, etc.
  • Understanding of statistical modelling techniques and strong analytical mindset
