Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the store manager in motivating the in-store team to achieve targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs.
  • Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
  • Nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
  • Ability to understand the importance of local and global business strategy and translate it into the delivery of store, regional, and division KPIs.
  • Experience in using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the brand's product and core values.
