**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freight Courier to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for delivering packages across a planned route to an approved timescale.
The ideal candidate will have a UK or EU driving license with at least 12 months of experience, no more than six penalty points on their license, and be over 18 years old.
In addition to your driving skills, you will need to be hard-working, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of the local area is also an advantage.
Salary Range: £125.75 - £165 per day, with paid training days and a supportive team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to earn a competitive salary while working as a self-employed driver. With vans available and a bonus scheme in place, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver packages across a planned route to an approved timescale
- Load and unload parcels from your van (must be able to lift a maximum of 23kg)
- Drive a company van
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- UK or EU Driving Licence - 12 months+
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Over 18 years old
- Hard-working, motivated and great at working in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of the local area is an advantage
