Job Summary:

About the Role:
This position involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, responding to service calls, and prioritizing tasks to meet agreed timescales. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and ensure that all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete PPM schedules within agreed timescales and ensure accurate paperwork completion.
- Respond promptly to service call requests from the Helpdesk and assess job requirements to carry out repairs as needed.
- Prioritize maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
- Deliver high-quality fire alarm system maintenance, including routine tests and repairs.
- Conduct emergency lighting inspections and perform necessary repairs.
- Follow purchase order procedures and identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery, recommending suitable replacements.
- Maintain compliance documentation and advise on-site customers of potential issues affecting site operations.

Requirements:
- GCSE/Standard Grade level education as a minimum, preferably NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.
- 17th Edition or 18th Edition certification (City and Guilds 2382).
- Experience with three-phase electrics and its applications.
- Ability to maintain and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment, such as commercial ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves.

Salary: £38,377.01 per annum, plus benefits.
