The position of STEM Instructor and Technician is available at our Chichester campus on a full-time, permanent basis. The annual salary is estimated to be around £23,151.

About the Job:

This role involves working closely with the Automotive, Engineering, and wider STEM Team to provide day-to-day support and instruction in the workshop and classroom areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the team in marketing activities, promoting the College through various channels.
  2. Attend regular meetings, functions, and promotional events to represent the College.
  3. Manage daily activities, ensuring the learning environment is well-organised and maintained.
  4. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and maintaining policies.
  5. Contribute to course review activities, developing new resources and action plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of Level 2 qualification in the relevant subject area.
  • Level 2 in literacy and numeracy, or a willingness to work towards it.
  • Relevant industrial/subject experience.
  • Working knowledge of the relevant vocational area.
  • Strong time management, organisational, and deadline-meeting skills.
