Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd is seeking an experienced Recovery Services Manager to join our team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient recovery of patients following surgery, providing exceptional patient care and support during the recovery process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Recovery Nurses/Occupational Therapists to ensure high standards of patient care
- Develop and implement effective recovery protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and outcomes
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Minimum 3 years of recovery experience
- ALS qualification desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
