Job Duties:
  • Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities in a classroom setting, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans for students, ensuring tailored support and guidance.
  • Help students with academic tasks and provide guidance on study skills, fostering a growth mindset and academic success.
  • Support students with emotional or behavioral issues in a positive and encouraging manner, promoting emotional intelligence and well-being.
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • **GCSEs in English and Maths:** Essential for effective communication and mathematical skills.
  • **Experience working with children or young adults:** Previous experience in a similar role or setting is highly desirable.
  • **Good communication and interpersonal skills:** Ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues.
Education:

**Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths:** A fundamental requirement for this role.

Experience:
